Our partners have built several tech companies from prototype to high value exit (M&A/IPO) creating billions of dollars of shareholder value.
What We Do
Our mission is to build high value enterprises from emergent life science companies and innovations. We accelerate commercialization and growth of startups, spinouts from labs and large companies, and businesses within large companies.
- For Small Companies – raise capital from our network of 1000+ investment funds; structure partnerships with larger companies for market validation, revenue, and paths to M&A; build presence with market analysts and Wall Street investment bankers.
- For Large Companies – scout for startups, small companies, and lab initiatives that match the needs of development roadmaps.
- For Investment Funds – scout for high potential life science investment opportunities; support portfolio company management teams with 1) corporate partnering strategies for licensing, revenue, distribution, collaborative development, 2) M&A, 3) recruiting.
- For University Tech Transfer Offices – add “velocity” to university tech transfer by 1) positioning university IP with large corporates for sponsored research, funded development, licensing deals, and 2) increasing spinouts/startups with application of GeneWorx Company Building Advisory Services.
